Author's Notes:

I noticed that the lead gets darker with each passing page. That's because I draw nice and soft at first, making nice wispy and easily erasable lines. Then I start getting into it and I press harder and harder and harder. I still do that; erasing the last few panels of my comics is sort of a losing battle. When I used to use a mechanical pencil to draw I broke so much lead that I went through refills like crazy. But in the end the harder-pressed drawing looks a lot better than the softer stuff, especially when scanned. I hope you enjoyed my historical interpretation of "Hadrian vs. the Picts"!
